sometimes they all talk at once and i just want them to shut up

and then the silence is deafening and i wish for the sound of their voices

or even one voice

any one of them

anything

but the suffocating silence

    some sources suggest that the silence is the best time to get in touch with one's spiritual source - the basis for all creativity and the place from which manifestation is possible. relaxing into it reduces stress and provides spontaneous solutions for problems. just a thought..... :)
